As you can tell, I am from the baby boomer generation and eager to participate in SAPL Learning 2.0 program.
I am comfortable using PCs and digital cameras but have never sent or received a text message, used twitter, or participated in a mashup (whatever that is!). I consider myself at the 2.0 novice stage since I like to read a lot of library, photo and news blogs via Bloglines, share photos of the twin granddaughters with friends and family on flickr, and keep in contact with family members through Facebook. But today I made the big leap - creating my first blog. It was a very easy process.
SAPL Learning 2.0 will be a lot of fun even for a boomer!

Wow! If you're already up on Facebook and Flickr, you sound pretty tech-savvy to me and I am a very smart cat.
I haven't used many of the online tools either. We'll do it together! I had a hard time figuring out which silhouette on Facebook was yours ;)
