Lbrary 2.0 thoughts

As I work to complete the 23 things, I now have a better understanding of the different Library 2.0 components and their impact on customer services. But I am worried that the 23 things is going to be like the bridge to nowhere. What are the plans for using some of these 23 things to benefit our customers? Will the 23 things graduates be involved in creating the Library 2.0 services?

Just a few boomer questions....

Well, we're already using RSS feeds on our new web page. i find it to be quite a stimulus to impulse hold-placing. I bet it will increase circulation-if only by the number of items I check out that I wouldn't have otherwise.

That is the idea in a way... The bridge to no Where that truly is only just the beginning. With the 23 Things even customers can take off and obsorb and use the technologies without sticking to the road or staying on the bridge. They begin to fly as all of us embracing the lessons are doing. What seems to be a bridge to No where is the ramp/ the draw bridge/ the plank needed to launch to parts known and unknown. Thanks for all you are sharing. You do inspire me.
